3 Simple Steps to Get you started with AIS

Verify Your IP cameras are Accessible

You should have external IP access enabled for your cameras. Help in doing this may be found here.

Choose Which Cameras to Monitor

You'll want to focus on your critical interaction areas; entrance, cash register, safe, etc.

The cameras should be within 10 feet of the targeted areas you wish to monitor.

After signing up one of our sales engineers will call you to verify your information and connect your cameras to AIS.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are currently only offering service in the United States. We expect to expand to Canada shortly.

We're always interested in hearing from you if you're outside the US and interested in our services. If you are, please get in touch.

For larger customers we can perform a local integration of our services. For more details, please get in touch.

During your initial setup call with one of our sales engineers we will ask you what hours during which days you'd like to have your premises monitored for possible intruders.

We will also define which protocol you'd like to implement when there is an intruder detection. We will either notify you first, or notify your local authorities immediately.

Currently AIS looks for firearms, masks (including more general methods of face concealment), people, knives, as well as fire.

We leverage the incredible progress recently made in computer vision thanks to a type of AI known as deep learning. The accuracy of deep learning techniques allows a single analyst to monitor hundreds of camera feeds, rather than a dozen.

We recommend at least 1.5 mbps per camera you wish to have monitored.
